Engineering

Electrical Engineer

Plan, assess and support safe, reliable electrical systems for EV charging sites.

At least 2 years of relevant electrical engineering experience. EV charging experience preferred.

Responsibilities & requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assess site electrical demand, grid supply, charging requirements and equipment compatibility.
  • Prepare and review electrical layouts, cable sizing, protection, panel and earthing plans.
  • Coordinate charger installation, commissioning and technical acceptance with site teams and suppliers.
  • Support charger-management systems, connectivity and fault investigation.
  • Plan preventive maintenance and review recurring technical issues.
  • Maintain drawings, test records, site reports and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, protection, earthing and electrical drawings.
  • Ability to coordinate contractors and communicate technical issues clearly.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across Nepal.

Preferred qualifications

  • EV charger installation, commissioning or maintenance experience.
  • Familiarity with OCPP, charger-management software and LAN/IP networking.
  • Experience with solar or renewable-energy systems.

Technical

Senior Electrician

Lead electrical installation and maintenance work, supporting engineers and guiding junior technicians.

At least 5 years in related electrical work, including at least 2 years in an EV charging infrastructure company.

Responsibilities & requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead wiring, panel installation, earthing and charger installation work under approved designs.
  • Support commissioning, electrical testing and handover inspections.
  • Diagnose charger and electrical faults and coordinate repairs with engineers and suppliers.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and record findings and corrective actions.
  • Support basic charger connectivity and configuration with the technical team.
  • Supervise junior electricians, organise site work and enforce safe working procedures.
  • Maintain installation records, fault reports and maintenance logs.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant CTEVT/equivalent electrical trade qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related electrical work.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an EV charging infrastructure company.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AC/DC systems, panels, cabling, earthing, testing and fault diagnosis.
  • Ability to lead technicians and communicate with site teams and customers.
  • Willingness to travel to sites and work outdoors.

Preferred qualifications

  • AC and DC EV charger commissioning and maintenance experience.
  • Familiarity with charger-management software, OCPP and LAN/IP configuration.
  • Valid driving licence.

Technical

Junior Electrician

Support charging-site installation and maintenance while developing practical technical skills.

At least 1 year of hands-on electrical installation or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities & requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers and senior electricians with wiring, panels, earthing and charger installation.
  • Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance and basic electrical testing under supervision.
  • Help with cable routing, equipment labelling and site housekeeping.
  • Assist with basic connectivity checks and charger setup under technical guidance.
  • Report faults promptly and maintain work and maintenance records.
  • Follow approved procedures and safe working practices at every site.

Requirements

  • Relevant electrical trade training, CTEVT certification, diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on electrical installation or maintenance experience.
  • Basic understanding of wiring, electrical tools, test instruments and electrical safety.
  • Willingness to learn EV charging equipment and basic networking.
  • Willingness to travel to sites and work outdoors.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to EV charger installation or servicing.
  • Basic LAN/IP, router or renewable-energy experience.
  • Valid driving licence.

Marketing & growth

Marketing Manager

Lead brand development, marketing and business partnerships for the charging network.

At least 5 years in related marketing or business development, including at least 2 years in an EV charging infrastructure company.

Responsibilities & requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans for EV charging, site partnerships and equipment enquiries.
  • Build relationships with property owners, hotels, fleets and potential business partners.
  • Lead digital campaigns, website content, social media and brand communication.
  • Plan campaigns and budgets and track enquiries, lead conversion and results.
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, events and project announcements with the company team.
  • Guide marketing staff and maintain clear reporting and follow-up processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing or business-development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an EV charging infrastructure company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns, develop partnerships and manage a marketing team.
  • Strong written, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing, lead management and campaign reporting.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with B2B partnerships, fleet customers and charging-site development.
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s EV market and customer segments.
  • Ability to develop professional content in Nepali and English.

Marketing Officer

Support campaigns, customer enquiries and partnership outreach across digital and field channels.

At least 1 year of relevant marketing, sales support or business-development experience.

  • Support digital campaigns, social content and website updates.
  • Research prospects and assist outreach to property owners, hotels, fleets and businesses.
  • Respond to enquiries and maintain lead records and follow-up schedules.
  • Assist presentations, events, site visits and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to communicate accurate service information.
  • Track campaign activity and prepare regular marketing reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant marketing, sales support or business-development experience.
  • Clear communication and writing skills in Nepali and English.
  • Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing and spreadsheet/lead-record tools.
  • Good organisation, follow-up and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events and site visits.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in EV charging, automotive, energy or infrastructure marketing.
  • Basic graphic-design, content-creation or CRM experience.
  • Valid driving licence.
