How do I choose the right connector?
Check the exact vehicle specification and charger label. CCS2, GB/T and Type 2 are different interfaces; do not assume a port, adapter or model will work without verification.
Why is charging slower than the listed power?
Maximum equipment rating is not delivered power. Vehicle limits, battery charge level and temperature, supply capacity and shared power can all affect charging speed.
Can I pay using eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay?
Payment integrations are a future design requirement. None is connected here. No payments, wallet accounts or card details are collected by this prototype.
Are the availability indicators live?
No. Every availability badge and station entry is fictional. A real service will require verified charger telemetry, timestamps and an unknown/offline state.
How are prices calculated?
The sample calculator multiplies battery capacity by the requested charge increase and an illustrative energy rate. It excludes losses, taxes and parking/idle charges. Actual billing must use the operator’s metered session.
Can I book a charging slot?
Reservations are not implemented. This website does not book a slot or guarantee a free charger.
What should I do if charging does not start?
For a real station, check its displayed instructions and vehicle messages, then contact that station’s verified operator. Do not force a connector or perform electrical repairs.
